Meet Jade!

Hey, I’m Jade Regier. I am a licensed mortgage associate with Dominion Lending Centres and The Mortgage Firm. I am based in Saskatoon but I work virtually with the majority of my clients.

I use a secure document submission portal and secure emailing. Clients never have to worry when submitting sensitive documents such as tax forms or bank statements. I am available after hours and on weekends via phone, text and email. Clients never need to wait to ask a mortgage related question. 

I’m based in Saskatoon and work with clients across Saskatchewan and Alberta, helping them navigate home buying, refinancing, and renewals with clarity and a steady plan.

What I Do

I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, but I also support a wide range of clients  including those who are new to Canada, experienced homeowners, and those purchasing vacation or secondary properties.

Every situation is different, and my role is to understand what you’re trying to accomplish and help you find a mortgage that actually fits.

Approach

For most people, the mortgage process feels more complicated than it needs to be.

There’s a lot of information, a lot of opinions, and not always a clear path forward.

I focus on simplifying that.

You’ll know what’s happening, what your options are, and what to expect next without pressure or unrealistic expectations. I'm a human to, so I get that finances aren't perfect most of the time.. They don't need to be. 

Working Together

Working with me means you have access to a wide network of lenders, including major banks, credit unions, and alternative options. I ask questions up front, then get to work and get you approved. 

Unlike banks, I am available for questions after hours, on the weekends and there's not call centres or receptionists. Call, text or email me whenever that burning question pops up. I work with your timeline and schedule whenever I can to make it a smooth process for you. 

It also means you have someone who will take the time to look closely at your file, answer your questions, and guide you through each step in a way that makes sense.

My services are paid by the lender, so there’s no cost to you for working with me.
