    I’ll help you get pre-approved, which shows sellers you’re serious and lets you know exactly how much you can borrow. This makes the house-hunting process much easier.

  3. Start House Hunting

    Work with a real estate agent (or on your own) to find homes you love that fit your budget. I can provide guidance on how much house you can comfortably afford.

  4. Make an Offer

    Once you find the right home, your agent will help you submit an offer to the seller. I’ll be there to answer mortgage-related questions and explain how your financing works.

  5. Finalize Your Mortgage

    After your offer is accepted, I’ll finalize your mortgage with the lender. This includes paperwork, verifying your financial information, and locking in your rate.

  6. Home Inspection & Conditions

    Many buyers include a home inspection and other conditions in their offer. I’ll help explain how this impacts your mortgage and what you need to know.

  7. Closing Day

    On closing day, all the final documents are signed, your mortgage funds, and the seller gets paid. After that, you get the keys to your new home!
